We are delighted to welcome Amber Webster-Kotak who, for now, will be our Interim Faith Formation Coordinator. Many of you already know Amber, who has been doing the Sunday School program since January. Amber was raised in the Okanagan and moved away to pursue university education and begin her career. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Trinity Western University and a degree in Education from the University of Alberta. Most recently, she completed a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation from Carey Theological College in Vancouver. For most of her adult life, Amber has worked with youth, first, as a camp counsellor, and most recently as the pastor to youth, young adults and their families at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church in Edmonton. Amber is very pleased to be back living in the Okanagan with her husband, Dip, and their two children, Addison, 11, and Isaiah, five. Together as a family, they are glad to be a part of St. Michael and All Angels.
